We have just returned home after enjoying our Orkney Islands Explorer holiday and would like particularly to express our thanks and appreciation to our guide. He is an excellent ornithologist and bird watcher and his understanding and pleasure in sharing his knowledge shone through with every sighting. The holiday has provided a good introduction to the Islands, island life, and excellent bird watching opportunities. Just a huge thank you, I had a wonderful week! Both fantastic guides, so friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the variety of things we saw, the guides were amazing rescheduling all week to work around the weather. The Mountview itself and the staff were wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food fantastic. I plan to be back next autumn!
